FROM E-MAIL: Harlem and Foster, victim's vehicle either an active or retired CPD officer or supervisor with CPD Memorial Plates was at the Jewel parking lot with his vehicle parked. 2 individuals apparently believed it to be a police vehicle and scratched the passenger side of the car. Off Duty PO notified police and attempted to apprehend individuals. Please have anyone whom may know this individual put out some contact info. We'd like to share info. as the victim most likely a PO did not notice his vehicle was damaged until he got home. After attempting to catch up to offenders the victim's vehicle was gone.
