Right after U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch blamed the CITY OF CHICAGO & POLICE DEPARTMENT for the lack of training & supervision Rahm Emanuel says... we will punish cops who do wrong... Really? When they were NOT trained right nor given the tools they need to do the job CORRECT??? WHAT A JOKE!

Of course Rahmie failed to addressed that the Feds are BLAMING HIM and the CITY OF CHICAGO for the lack of and in some cases NO TRAINING along with the lack of proper equipment....
