The Talladega College “Great Tornados” received more good news this week.
The historically black college band from Alabama that agreed to participate in Trump's inauguration parade will officially be able to perform on January 20th.
Despite a few weeks of public outcry and backlash, Talladega College announced Wednesday that they have far exceeded their fundraising goal of $75,000. Currently, the black college band has raised more than $359,486 through a GoFundMe.org page — and the donations keep pouring in.
