The war of words between President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un now includes a rarely-used word. In his response to Trump’s fiery United Nations General Assembly speech on Tuesday, Kim called Trump a “mentally deranged U.S. dotard,” using a word you don’t hear too often.
