A registered sex offender, Brian Lee Golsby, is accused in the murder of Ohio State University student, Reagan Tokes.
The 21-year-old Tokes vanished after leaving work at a Columbus, Ohio bar, and her body was later found in a nearby park, along with her car. it appears to have been a random attack.
